One of our team members will review your inquiry and provide a detailed response, answering any questions you may have. Depending on the information provided, we may ask additional questions to better understand your project, objectives, timeline, and requirements. This helps ensure we have the information needed to provide accurate recommendations and next steps.
For projects that are moving forward, we schedule a consultation a focused conversation about your space, your objects, your timeline, and any requirements we need to understand before developing a specification. This usually takes 20 to 30 minutes and can happen over email or a call, whichever suits you.
We develop a specification and quote based on everything we discussed. For straightforward projects this can turn around quickly. For complex institutional builds or multi-case installations, we will let you know upfront how long the specification process will take.
There are no surprises, no pressure, and no obligation. We would rather spend time making sure the project is right for both sides than rush into a fabrication commitment.
